水穩(wěn)基層施工工藝流程

　　養(yǎng)生、交通管制、層間處理及其他

　　Health preservation, traffic control, interlayer treatment, and others

　　1、無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合料穩(wěn)定材料層碾壓完成并經(jīng)壓實(shí)度檢查合格后，應(yīng)及時(shí)養(yǎng)生。

　　1. After the stable material layer of inorganic binder is compacted and passes the compaction degree inspection, it should be cured in a timely manner.

　　2、無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合料穩(wěn)定材料的養(yǎng)生期宜不少于7d，養(yǎng)生期宜延長(zhǎng)至上層結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)始施工的前2d，當(dāng)最高 氣溫低于10℃時(shí)，應(yīng)適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)養(yǎng)生時(shí)間。

　　2. The curing period of inorganic binder stabilized materials should not be less than 7 days, and the curing period should be extended to the first 2 days before the construction of the upper structure. When the highest temperature is below 10 ℃, the curing time should be appropriately extended.

　　3、養(yǎng)生可采取土工布覆蓋養(yǎng)生、撒鋪乳化瀝青養(yǎng)生等方式，宜結(jié)合工程實(shí)際情況選擇適宜的方式。 7.1.4 無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合穩(wěn)定材料層過(guò)冬時(shí)應(yīng)采取必要的保護(hù)措施。

　　3. Health preservation can be achieved by covering with geotextile or spreading emulsified asphalt. It is advisable to choose the appropriate method based on the actual situation of the project. 7.1.4 Necessary protective measures should be taken for the inorganic bonding stable material layer during winter.

　　4、根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)層位的不同和施工工序的要求，應(yīng)擇機(jī)進(jìn)行層間處理。

　　5、養(yǎng)生方式

　　土工布養(yǎng)生應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　Geotextile curing should comply with the following regulations:

　　a) 宜采用透水式土工布全斷面覆蓋，也可鋪設(shè)防水土工布；

　　a) It is advisable to use permeable geotextile to cover the entire cross-section, or to lay waterproof geotextile;

　　b) 鋪設(shè)過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意縫之間的搭接，不應(yīng)留有間隙；

　　b) During the laying process, attention should be paid to the overlap between joints and no gaps should be left;

　　c) 鋪設(shè)土工布后，應(yīng)注意灑水，每天灑水次數(shù)應(yīng)視氣候而定。夏天施工時(shí)，上、下午宜各灑水 一次；

　　c) After laying the geotextile, attention should be paid to watering, and the frequency of watering per day should depend on the climate. During summer construction, it is advisable to sprinkle water once in the morning and once in the afternoon;

　　d) 養(yǎng)生至上層結(jié)構(gòu)層施工前1～2d，方可將土工布掀開(kāi)；

　　d) The geotextile can only be lifted 1-2 days before the construction of the upper structural layer for health preservation;

　　e) 在養(yǎng)生過(guò)程中應(yīng)采取有效措施防止土工布的破損。

　　e) Effective measures should be taken during the process of health preservation to prevent damage to the geotextile.

　　6、對(duì)瀝青面層厚度大于20cm的結(jié)構(gòu)，可采用乳化瀝青方式養(yǎng)生，并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　6. For structures with an asphalt surface layer thickness greater than 20cm, emulsified asphalt can be used for curing, and the following regulations should be met:

　　a) 應(yīng)在碾壓完成后立即灑布透層乳化瀝青進(jìn)行養(yǎng)生；

　　a) After the compaction is completed, the prime coat emulsified asphalt should be sprayed immediately for curing;

　　b) 控制在終凝時(shí)間內(nèi)噴灑透層油的滲透效果最佳；

　　b) The best penetration effect is achieved by spraying the penetrating oil within the final setting time;

　　c) 透層乳化瀝青采用瀝青灑布車施工，灑布時(shí)車速及噴灑量應(yīng)保持穩(wěn)定，建議透層灑布量為 0.8～1.0L/m2，具體灑布量根據(jù)試灑確定；

　　c) The emulsified asphalt for the prime coat is constructed using an asphalt spraying truck, and the speed and spraying amount should be kept stable during spraying. It is recommended to use a prime coat spraying amount of 0.8-1.0L/m2, and the specific spraying amount should be determined based on trial spraying;

　　d) 灑布透層前，路面應(yīng)清掃干凈，遮擋防護(hù)路緣石及人工構(gòu)造物避免污染；

　　d) Before applying the penetrating layer, the road surface should be cleaned thoroughly, and protective curbs and artificial structures should be covered to avoid pollution;

　　e) 乳化瀝青應(yīng)透入基層足夠深度，并不得形成表面徑流；

　　e) Emulsified asphalt should penetrate deep enough into the base layer and not form surface runoff;

　　f) 氣溫低于 10℃時(shí)，不得灑布透層瀝青，當(dāng)遇大風(fēng)或降雨時(shí)，不得灑布透層瀝青； g) 應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)瀝青用量一次灑布均勻，當(dāng)有遺漏時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行人工補(bǔ)灑；

　　f) When the temperature is below 10 ℃, it is not allowed to sprinkle the prime coat asphalt. When encountering strong winds or rainfall, it is not allowed to sprinkle the prime coat asphalt; g) The asphalt should be evenly sprayed at once according to the designed amount. If there are omissions, manual replenishment should be carried out;

　　h) 對(duì)于側(cè)面的養(yǎng)生，在拆除側(cè)模后，用塑料薄膜進(jìn)行覆蓋養(yǎng)生，塑料薄膜覆蓋嚴(yán)密保證不透氣， 保持內(nèi)部水分不損失或者噴灑透層油進(jìn)行養(yǎng)生。

　　h) For the side health preservation, after removing the side mold, cover it with plastic film for health preservation. The plastic film should be tightly covered to ensure that it is not breathable, and the internal moisture should not be lost or sprayed with a transparent layer of oil for health preservation.

　　7、 透層乳化瀝青宜采用 PA-2 型陰離子或 PC-2 噴灑型陽(yáng)離子乳化瀝青，優(yōu)先選用陰離子型乳化瀝青。

　　7. PA-2 type anionic or PC-2 spray type cationic emulsified asphalt should be used for the permeable layer emulsified asphalt, and anionic emulsified asphalt should be preferred.

　　交通管制

　　1、正式施工前宜建好施工便道。對(duì)于高速公路和一級(jí)公路，無(wú)施工便道，不應(yīng)施工。

　　1. It is advisable to build construction access roads before formal construction. For expressways and first-class highway, construction should not be carried out without access roads.

　　2、水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層養(yǎng)生期間應(yīng)封閉交通，除灑水車和小型通勤車輛外嚴(yán)禁其他車輛通行，小型 車輛和灑水車的行駛速度應(yīng)小于40km/h。 水泥穩(wěn)定碎石材料層之間的處理

During the maintenance period of cement stabilized crushed stone base, traffic should be closed off, and other vehicles are strictly prohibited from passing except for sprinkler trucks and small commuting vehicles. 　　3、在上層結(jié)構(gòu)施工前，應(yīng)采用人工、小型清掃車以及灑水沖刷的方式將下層表面的浮漿清理干凈。 下承層局部存在松散現(xiàn)象時(shí)，也應(yīng)徹底清理干凈。

　　3. Before the construction of the upper structure, manual labor, small cleaning vehicles, and water spraying should be used to clean the floating slurry on the lower surface. When there is looseness in the lower layer, it should also be thoroughly cleaned.

　　4、下承層清理后應(yīng)封閉交通。在上層施工前1～2h，宜灑水使下承層進(jìn)行保持濕潤(rùn)狀態(tài)。

　　4. After cleaning the lower layer, traffic should be closed off. 1-2 hours before the upper layer construction, it is advisable to sprinkle water to keep the lower layer moist.

　　5、可采用上下結(jié)構(gòu)層連續(xù)攤鋪施工的方式，每層施工應(yīng)配備獨(dú)立的攤鋪和碾壓設(shè)備，不得采用一 套設(shè)備在上下結(jié)構(gòu)層來(lái)回施工。在瀝青面層施工前1～2d內(nèi)，應(yīng)清理基層頂面。

　　5. The construction method of continuous paving of upper and lower structural layers can be adopted, and each layer of construction should be equipped with independent paving and rolling equipment. It is not allowed to use a set of equipment to construct back and forth between the upper and lower structural layers. Within 1-2 days before the construction of the asphalt surface layer, the top surface of the base layer should be cleaned.
