一、水穩(wěn)層定義水泥穩(wěn)定碎石?是指將一定級配（不同粒徑按比例搭配）的碎石、礫石等集料，與一定比例的水泥和水，經(jīng)拌和、攤鋪、壓實和養(yǎng)生后，形成的具有較高強度和穩(wěn)定性的筑路材料。它的核心原理是利用水泥的水化作用，將松散的碎石膠結(jié)成一個堅實的整體。

　　1、 Definition of water stable layer: cement stabilized crushed stone? It refers to the construction material with high strength and stability formed by mixing, paving, compacting, and curing a certain proportion of crushed stone, gravel, and other aggregates with a certain gradation (different particle sizes are proportioned), cement, and water. Its core principle is to use the hydration effect of cement to bond loose crushed stones into a solid whole.

　　二、水穩(wěn)層作用水穩(wěn)層作為高級公路的主要構(gòu)成，是一個重要的基礎性結(jié)構(gòu)，其作用：水穩(wěn)層是硬質(zhì)路面和土質(zhì)路基的過度層，它有效的和路面及路基結(jié)合，形成一個有機體。水穩(wěn)層具有一定的強度和剛度。高于路基低于路面，既保證鋪設路面一定厚度，滿足承載負荷，又能減少建設成本。水穩(wěn)層可將路面承受的車輛荷載均衡的擴散到路基，具有一定的韌性。水穩(wěn)層的碎石粗沙有良好的濾水性，可減少路基積水而使其承載能力下降。

Its function is to serve as a transition layer between hard pavement and soil subgrade, effectively combining with the pavement and subgrade to form an organic body. The water stable layer has a certain strength and stiffness. Higher than the roadbed and lower than the road surface, it ensures a certain thickness of the road surface, meets the load-bearing capacity, and reduces construction costs. The water stable layer can evenly distribute the vehicle load borne by the road surface to the roadbed, and has a certain degree of toughness. The gravel and coarse sand in the water stable layer have good water filtration properties, which can reduce the accumulation of water in the roadbed and reduce its bearing capacity.

　　三、水穩(wěn)主要組成部分水穩(wěn)材料主要由粒料和灰漿體積組成。粒料為級配碎石，灰漿體積包括水和膠凝材料，膠凝材料由水泥和混合材料組成。1、水泥水泥作為集合料的一種穩(wěn)定劑，其質(zhì)量對集料的質(zhì)量是至關重要的，施工時選用終凝時間較長，標號較低的水泥。為使穩(wěn)定土有足夠的時間進行拌和、運輸、攤鋪、碾壓以及保證其具有足夠的強度，不應使用快凝水泥、早強水泥以及受潮變質(zhì)水泥。

　　3、集料應用人工集配碎石，道路工程用做底基層時集料的最大粒徑不應超過40mm；用作基層時，集料的最大粒徑不應超過30mm。石料的磨耗值不超過35%，石料的壓碎值不超過30%。

　　4、水通常適合于飲用的水，均可拌制和養(yǎng)護水穩(wěn)。如對水質(zhì)有疑問，要確定水中是否有對水泥強度發(fā)展有重大影響的物質(zhì)時，需要進行試驗。從水源中取水制成的水泥砂漿的抗壓強度與蒸餾水制成的水泥砂漿抗壓強度比，低于90%者，此種水不許用于水穩(wěn)施工。

　　4. Water is usually suitable for drinking and can be mixed and maintained for water stability. If there are doubts about water quality, it is necessary to conduct tests to determine whether there are substances in the water that have a significant impact on the development of cement strength. If the compressive strength ratio of cement mortar made from water sources to cement mortar made from distilled water is less than 90%, this type of water is not allowed to be used for water stable construction.

　　四、與二灰碎石和砼（混凝土）區(qū)別1、與二灰碎石區(qū)別二灰碎石是一種緩凝性硅酸鹽材料在一定的溫度、濕度下其強度隨齡期的延長而增加后期強度高。二灰碎石基層具有良好的力學性能、板體形態(tài)、水穩(wěn)定性和抗冰凍穩(wěn)定性等特性 。因此，石灰、粉煤灰和碎石按一定比例混合，在最佳含水量時，壓實成型具有一定抗壓強度的基層稱為二灰碎石基層。與水穩(wěn)不同之處體現(xiàn)在以下幾點：

Fly ash stabilized crushed stone is a type of retarding silicate material whose strength increases with age under certain temperature and humidity conditions, resulting in higher strength in the later stage. 　?。?）二灰的強度形成相對較慢，但后期強度較高，且抗裂性較好。水穩(wěn)則早期強度較高，能較快地提供穩(wěn)定的路面結(jié)構(gòu)，在道路建設中各有優(yōu)勢。

　　2、與砼（混凝土）區(qū)別砼是混凝土的俗稱，說白了就是“人工石”。但是“水穩(wěn)料”絕對不是混凝土添加劑，混凝土添加劑一般稱為“外加劑”，提高混凝土的某方面的特性?！八€(wěn)料”是在一些建筑材料中（碎石土，碎石等），加入一定摻量的水泥（一般來講這個摻量沒有混凝土高，在5%左右，造價也比混凝土便宜），達到一定的穩(wěn)定效果。一般來講作為建筑的基層或者路面基層使用，具有一定程度的強度和隔水效果，而且剛度不是很大，具有一定的柔性作用。它與水穩(wěn)不同之處體現(xiàn)在以下幾點：
