混合料生產(chǎn)、攤鋪及碾壓

　　Production, paving, and rolling of mixed materials

　　水泥穩(wěn)定土類材料的配合比設(shè)計步驟，應(yīng)按本規(guī)范第7.2.2條的有關(guān)規(guī)定進行，且應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　The mix design steps for cement stabilized soil materials shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 7.2.2 of this specification, and shall comply with the following provisions:

　　1　試配時水泥摻量宜按表7.5.3選取。

　　The cement dosage should be selected according to Table 7.5.3 during trial mixing.

　　注：①當強度要求較高時，水泥用量可增加1％。

　　2　當采用廠拌法生產(chǎn)時，水泥摻量應(yīng)比試驗劑量加0.5％，水泥最小摻量粗粒土、中粒土應(yīng)為3％，細粒土為4％。

　　When using the factory mixing method for production, the cement dosage should be 0.5% higher than the test dosage. The minimum cement dosage for coarse-grained soil and medium grained soil should be 3%, and for fine-grained soil it should be 4%.

　　3　水泥穩(wěn)定土料材料7d抗壓強度：對城市快速路、主干路基層為3～4MPa，對底基層為1.5～2.5MPa；對其他等級道路基層為2.5～3MPa，底基層為1.5～2.0MPa。

　　城鎮(zhèn)道路中使用水泥穩(wěn)定土類材料，宜集中拌制。

　　集中攪拌水泥穩(wěn)定土類材料應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　Centralized mixing of cement stabilized soil materials shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1　集料應(yīng)過篩，級配符合設(shè)計要求。

　　The aggregate should be sieved and graded according to the design requirements.

　　2　混合料配合比符合要求，計量準確、含水量符合施工要求、攪拌均勻。

　　The mixing ratio of the mixture meets the requirements, the measurement is accurate, the moisture content meets the construction requirements, and the mixing is uniform.

　　3　攪拌廠應(yīng)向現(xiàn)場提供產(chǎn)品合格證及水泥用量、粒料級配、混合料配合比、R7強度標準值。

　　The mixing plant should provide product qualification certificates, cement dosage, aggregate gradation, mix proportion, and R7 strength standard values to the site.

　　4　水泥穩(wěn)定土類材料運輸時，應(yīng)采取措施防止水分損失。

　　攤鋪應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　Paving shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1、　施工前應(yīng)通過試驗確定壓實系數(shù)。水泥土的壓實系數(shù)宜為1.53～1.58；水泥穩(wěn)定砂礫的壓實系數(shù)宜為1.30～1.35。

　　1. The compaction coefficient should be determined through testing before construction. The compaction coefficient of cement soil should be between 1.53 and 1.58; The compaction coefficient of cement stabilized gravel should be 1.30-1.35.

　　2、　宜采用專用攤鋪機械攤鋪，采用兩臺攤鋪機并排攤鋪時，兩臺攤鋪機的型號及磨損程度宜相同。在施工期間，兩臺攤鋪機 的前后間距宜不大于10m，且兩個施工段面縱向應(yīng)有300～400mm的重疊。。

　　2. It is advisable to use specialized paving machinery for paving. When two paving machines are used for parallel paving, the models and wear levels of the two paving machines should be the same. During construction, the distance between two pavers should not exceed 10m, and there should be a longitudinal overlap of 300-400mm between the two construction sections..

　　3、　水泥穩(wěn)定土類材料自攪拌至攤鋪完成，不得超過3h。應(yīng)按當班施工長度計算用料量。

　　4、　分層攤鋪時，應(yīng)在下層養(yǎng)護7d后，方可攤鋪上層材料。

　　5、底基層、基層分層施工時，根據(jù)工程需要可采用兩層連續(xù)攤鋪、分層碾壓一次成型工藝。

　　5. When constructing the sub base layer and base layer in layers, a two-layer continuous paving and layer by layer rolling process can be adopted according to the needs of the project.

　　6、攤鋪前應(yīng)做好路側(cè)培槽土與中分帶側(cè)模的施工，在攤鋪過程中宜設(shè)立縱向模板。

　　6. Before paving, the construction of roadside trench soil and median strip side formwork should be done well, and longitudinal formwork should be set up during the paving process.

　　7、施工前做好支模工作。支模時底面要平齊、一體；模板與模板之間用高強度鋼筋串聯(lián)。支撐鋼 模板的支架、木方應(yīng)連接牢固，鋼釬深扎地表以下至少30cm。

　　7. Do a good job of formwork support before construction. When supporting the mold, the bottom surface should be flat and integrated; High strength steel bars are connected in series between templates. 　　8、采用兩層連續(xù)攤鋪時，下層質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問題時，上層應(yīng)同時處理。

　　8. When using two layers of continuous paving, if there are quality problems with the lower layer, the upper layer should be dealt with simultaneously.

　　9、 對無法使用機械攤鋪的超寬路段，應(yīng)采用人工同步攤鋪、修整，并同時碾壓成型。

　　9. For ultra wide road sections that cannot be paved by machinery, manual synchronous paving, trimming, and simultaneous compaction should be used.

　　10、攤鋪機前宜增設(shè)橡膠擋板，橡膠擋板底部距下承層距離宜不大于100mm。中線離析嚴重時，攤 鋪機應(yīng)安裝反向葉片。

　　10. A rubber baffle should be added in front of the paver, and the distance between the bottom of the rubber baffle and the lower bearing layer should not exceed 100mm. When the centerline segregation is severe, the paver should be equipped with reverse blades.

　　11、在攤鋪機后面應(yīng)設(shè)專人消除粗細集料離析現(xiàn)象，及時鏟除局部粗集料堆積或離析的部位，并用 新拌混合料填補。

　　11. A dedicated person should be assigned behind the paver to eliminate the phenomenon of coarse and fine aggregate segregation, promptly remove the local accumulation or segregation of coarse aggregate, and fill it with fresh mixed material.

　　7.5.7　碾壓應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　7.5.7 Rolling compaction shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1　應(yīng)在含水量等于或略大于最佳含水量時進行。碾壓找平應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范第7.2.8條的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

　　2　壓實時，遵循初壓→復(fù)壓→終壓的程序，達到壓實遍數(shù)為止。 6.6.4 采用鋼輪壓路機初壓時，宜采用雙鋼輪壓路機穩(wěn)壓2～3遍，再用激振力大于35t的重型振動壓路機、18～21t三輪壓路機或25t以上的輪胎壓路機繼續(xù)碾壓密實，最后采用雙鋼輪壓路機碾壓，消除 輪跡。采用膠輪壓路機初壓時，應(yīng)采用25t以上的重膠輪壓路機穩(wěn)壓1～2遍，錯輪不超過1/3的輪跡 帶寬度，再采用重型振動壓路機碾壓密實，最后采用雙鋼輪壓路機碾壓，消除輪跡。。

The staggered wheel should not exceed 1/3 of the width of the wheel track, and then a heavy vibratory roller should be used for compaction. Finally, a double drum roller should be used for compaction to eliminate wheel tracks..

　　3　水泥穩(wěn)定土類材料，宜在水泥初凝時間到達前碾壓成活。

　　Cement stabilized soil materials should be compacted and compacted before the initial setting time of cement is reached.

　　4　當使用振動壓路機時，應(yīng)符合環(huán)境保護和周圍建筑物及地下管線、構(gòu)筑物的安全要求。

　　5、 碾壓過程中，壓路機嚴禁隨意停放，應(yīng)停放在已碾壓完成的路段。

　　6、碾壓完成后，盡快進行壓實度檢測，并及時把檢測結(jié)果反饋給現(xiàn)場施工人員，以便及時對壓實 度不足的部位進行補壓。
