（1）挖掘機(jī)使用、安裝前要詳細(xì)閱讀設(shè)備使用說明書，明確各部件的結(jié)構(gòu)特性、功能及控制方式。

(6) The power supply configuration shall be appropriate. The generator capacity or transformer capacity shall be configured with a certain scale factor to make it larger than the installed capacity of the equipment and reach the voltage value required by the equipment to maintain the continuous operation of the equipment.
（7）設(shè)備安裝就位進(jìn)行調(diào)試前，應(yīng)對各部件的連接可靠性、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活性及潤滑油脂的加注情況逐項(xiàng)進(jìn)行詳查，然后按照先單機(jī)點(diǎn)動(dòng)、手動(dòng)，再整套設(shè)備手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)的順序進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試，同時(shí)用轉(zhuǎn)速表校核調(diào)速電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速并加以修正，以保證調(diào)速表顯示值與實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)速值相吻合。

（8）設(shè)備（試）運(yùn)行過程中，若出現(xiàn)異常振動(dòng)、哨聲和無規(guī)律的摩擦聲時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停止運(yùn)行，弄清原因，并采取相應(yīng)措施。
(8) In case of abnormal vibration, whistle and irregular friction sound during equipment (Trial) operation, stop operation immediately, find out the reasons and take corresponding measures.
（9）設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行中，應(yīng)配備專門的巡視人員進(jìn)行設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況、物料的配給及供料狀況的巡視工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)解決或通知操作人員進(jìn)行停機(jī)處理。
(9) During the normal operation of the equipment, special patrol personnel shall be assigned to patrol the equipment operation status, material distribution and supply status, and timely solve the problems found or notify the operators to stop the machine.
（10）設(shè)備投入正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，生產(chǎn)率要從小到大緩慢提高，并持續(xù)一定時(shí)間，而不能一步達(dá)到設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)率，以使設(shè)備安全地度過磨合期。
