一、瀝青面層離析

1、 Segregation of asphalt surface

1、混合料集料公稱大粒徑與鋪筑面層厚度之間比例不匹配；

1. The proportion between the nominal large particle size of the aggregate and the thickness of the paving surface layer is not matched;

2、瀝青混合料級配不佳；

2. Poor gradation of asphalt mixture;

3、混合料拌和不均勻，裝卸、運(yùn)輸、攤鋪過程中發(fā)生離析；

3. The mixture is not evenly mixed, and segregation occurs during loading, unloading, transportation and paving;

4、攤鋪機(jī)工作狀態(tài)不佳。

防治措施

1、適當(dāng)選擇小一級集料公稱大粒徑的瀝青混合料，以與面層厚度相適應(yīng)。

2、適當(dāng)調(diào)整生產(chǎn)配合比礦料級配，使稍粗集料接近級配范圍上限，較細(xì)集料接近級配范圍下限；

2. Properly adjust the production mix proportion and mineral aggregate gradation to make the coarse aggregate close to the upper limit of the gradation range and the fine aggregate close to the lower limit of the gradation range;

3、運(yùn)料裝料時(shí)應(yīng)至少分三次裝料，避免形成一個錐體使粗料滾落錐底；

4. 3、選用符合要求質(zhì)量的壓路機(jī)壓實(shí)，壓實(shí)遍數(shù)符合規(guī)定；

4、路緣石應(yīng)在瀝青面層施工前安裝完畢，壓路機(jī)應(yīng)從外側(cè)向中心碾壓，且緊靠路緣石碾壓；

3、攤鋪機(jī)或找平裝置未調(diào)試好；

3. The paver or leveling device is not properly adjusted;

4、基層標(biāo)高超標(biāo)。

1、試鋪時(shí)仔細(xì)確定松鋪系數(shù)，每天施工中根據(jù)實(shí)際檢測情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整；

2、調(diào)整好攤鋪機(jī)及找平裝置的工作狀態(tài)；
